WHAT IS WEBSITE?
website is a page or collection of pages on the World Wide Web that contains specific information which was all provided by one person or entity and traces back to a common Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

Living in the digital world, a website is now a necessity for a business, big or small. If you have a business and don’t have a website, you are probably losing a number of great opportunities for your business. A website itself can be used to accomplish many different marketing strategies to help your business grow. The web has a far wider reach than any other form of advertising. While it takes time to build up enough traffic to your website to make a worthwhile impact on your company`s marketing campaign, it costs next to nothing to do so. Your website will be the center of your company`s online presence; through it, you advertise your business around the Web on social networking sites, forums and through pay-per- click advertising programs.

Increasing visibility is one major factor that makes having a website important. Even if people have heard about your company, they may want to carry out research online first, before entertaining the idea of leaving the comfort of their own home. Websites usually provide a map and directions to company`s shops or offices, for visitors to less likely have trouble finding your location. Another important reason why having a website to represent your business is to give you credibility.

By building a website, you are giving your business the opportunity to tell consumers why they should trust you and the testimonials and facts to back up those opportunities. Believe it or not, most people will search the internet for a product or service before the purchase to check the credibility first. When you provide good service or product, positive word-of- mouth about your business is likely to spread, which in turn, delivers more repeat and new business.

A website will not only give you credibility but it will also help to give the impression that your company is bigger and more successful than it may actually be. One of the great things about the internet is that the size of your company does not really matter. There is no reason that you can`t get your site to rank in Google ahead of a large multinational competitor and funnel off some of their traffic. This is a big part of the reason that a website is even more important for a small business than a big one, it tends to level the playing field.

Websites are also available and accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Because of this, your customers and potential customers can visit your site for support or information about new and upcoming products and services whenever it is convenient for them. Your website will act as an invaluable and always-available resource for information which would otherwise only be accessible during your company`s business hours.
A website with an online shop can provide a dramatic boost in sales. Before the internet era, people spend so much time wandering aimlessly in malls looking for stores that are available to shop in. Websites provide solution to this problem, bringing the shops to you, in the comfort of your own home and lets you shop for the products you’re looking for. Smart businesses realize this and thus have their own website housing their products and services so that potential customers can browse online for the products they want to purchase.
Having a website and online presence strategy allows you to market your business online. There are lots of marketing strategies you can use to advertise and market your business. All online marketing strategies have been proven to be effective. Which ones you choose depends on the type of business you are in.
website is also important because it helps you establish credibility as a business. Most people just assume that you have a website since the vast majority of businesses do, at least the vast majority of big companies do. There are actually still quite a few small businesses that don’t have a website and without one this is exactly what they will remain. If you don`t have a website that you can refer people to potential customers are going to assume that you are a small time company that does not take their business seriously. Once you establish this reputation it is going to be hard to make sales.
The bottom line is, it is imperative for every business to have a website. The more professional your website is, the more advantages you can gain.

A website can generate business, promote goodwill among customers and prospects, and deliver strong marketing messages - whether your business is small, large or in-between, well-established or brand-new.
People use the Web in greater and greater numbers, more and more every day. Even if you are a completely local small business, service, contractor or consultant you need a website. Your business Web page delivers the picture to your customers and prospects, and does it 24/7/365.
Perhaps the most common misconception about business websites is that they must offer products for purchase, accept credit cards and process financial transactions, and so on.
If your business offers products and services appropriate for retail sale over the Internet, then by all means you should consider an ecommerce website.
But if, like most businesses, your products and services aren't intended for Internet sales, you still need a Web page of your own. And you can get one quickly and economically.
The first thing you will need is a Web hosting service - that's the address of your business Web page, and the company that actually stores your business's website on its computers and makes it available to Web users. Many Web hosting companies offer both domain and hosting services. Here are some things to consider as you build a website for your business:

Choosing a Domain Name
Ideally the address of your website will match the name of your business, such as ABC.com; in reality, many addresses are already taken. If that's the case for you, give some thought to an original Web page address/name that reflects your business: ABCmytownname.com, perhaps, or something similar.
Remember: your Web page address should deliver your business's name as closely as possible, as well as being memorable and distinctive. Your website's address is a marketing tool too.

Hiring a Web Hosting Service
Look for a Web hosting service that's well-established and has a reputable history. Compare fees and determine what services and features are provided for that fee. Also, don't forget the future - you will find that your business Web site can easily be expanded, updated, grown. Make sure your Web hosting service can accommodate changes and additions, quickly and economically.
Finally, choosing a full-featured service is smart. Does the Web hosting company also offer website creation and website software? What other features, services and products are available or included?

Creating a Website Design
Creating a website is simpler than you might think. Website creation and website software make building a website for your business almost as easy as creating and sending an email. Using website templates, website software lets you accomplish building a website quickly, efficiently, and for a very small price.

Custom website design costs more than making your own Web page, so you'll want to be sure that both your goals for your business website and the capabilities of your Web designer justify the cost of having a custom website.

The two most popular ways to create a free Website are through Blogger and WordPress. Having tried both of these great blogging platforms, I will recommend Blogger for beginners and those who do not have adequate startup capital.
Blogger.com is also known as BlogSpot as all the Blogger.com blogs are hosted as a subdomain of blogspot.com. For example, lindaikeji.blogspot.com (now lindaikejisblog.com) is a free blog hosted by Google).
The best thing about Blogger is that it’s absolutely free and is owned by trusted and reliable Google Inc.
WordPress is the most loved Content Management System (CMS). In fact, 20% of the web or 48% of all CMS sites are powered by WordPress. It’s a software that lets you create, manage and publish your content seamlessly. WordPress has two flavors, namely: WordPress.com (the free hosted version — like example.wordpress.com) and WordPress.org (self-hosted version — example is CNN.COM).
Blogger.com is easy to setup but it doesn’t look much professional since the features are limited and more controlled. But the good thing is… managing a BlogSpot blog is just like managing your Facebook account; as simple as APC!
However, if you know how to manipulate codes, you can greatly customize your blogger.com blog to look as great as desired. My blog www.hrlnews.com was created on blogger.com and looks really professional.
You might want to also hire a professional developer to help out in tweaking your blogger.com blog to suit your brand.

ADVANTAGES OF CREATING YOUR WEBSITE ON BLOGGER
Ø You don’t have to pay a kobo. It’s FREE — forever — with no ads! :)
Ø You can start a blog and publish your first blog post in less than 10 minutes
Ø You can manage your blog the way you’re managing your favorite social network.
Ø Your blog posts are search engine friendly and automatically indexed by Google.
Ø You don’t have to take any backups as your blog is backed up automatically.
Ø You don’t have to worry about its security as it’s taken care by Google.
Ø You can map your existing domain name to your Blogger account for free.
Ø You can add scripts or custom codes to some extend.
Ø You can monetize the blog with ads — from Google AdSense, affiliates, etc.
Ø You can customize the blog template to change its appearance.
Ø You can upload your own templates or can buy a new one from a third-party
Ø You can publish as much content as you want because there is no storage limit; Thanks to Google Cloud.

How to monetize your blog

We all know that there are so many ways to make money from blogging, but most of them are outdated and won’t work now.
So I won’t be sharing them here, instead, I’ll give you some real ways to make money from blogging.
Let’s get into it.

Google AdSense
Admittedly, Google AdSense is still the most effective way to monetize a blog. But it can only give you decent money when your blog starts getting massive traffic, and I am not sure you want to wait till then
You’ll need about 1,000 unique visitors a day to your blog, to expect 200 – 300 US dollars a month from your blog .
It's possible to earn millions monthly, as a blogger from Google AdSense.
However, you'll need approximately 10,000 unique visitors to your blog  per day at 1% CTR, which gives you about 1,000 clicks/day.
To be honest, only established bloggers like Linda Ikeji, OLX, etc can achieve this. However, there are other faster and easier ways to earn from your blog...

Sell Your Own Physical Products
You can also sell your own products and services, if you like, and still make money, as much as you keep the traffic coming to your blog.

How much I earn on my blog
Charges for custom adverts on my site www.hrlnews.com:
  Sponsored posts – N10, 000 per post
  Sidebar ads (Top) – N200, 000 monthly
  Leader board (Header) – N250, 000 monthly
Page branding (background takeover) - N500,000 monthly
My average monthly income through custom ads and post is N550,000
Yearly I earn an average of  N25,000,000 including Media Consultancy

Businesses that plan for growth are more successful than those that are happy to stay still. Keep up with developments in the industry, follow consumer trends, invest in new technologies and - crucially - have a clear idea of where you want to be in one, three and five years' time.

SUMMARY
Let’s take a quick summary of what you have learnt so far.
You have learnt:

·       The benefits of a Website in Business
·       How Website can enhance the growth of your business
·       The fastest way to build your website yourself
·       How to market your Website
·       How to monetize your website

Now Let me ask you a question. All you have learnt sound pretty cool right?

You’ve learnt some really great stuff but I can't cover all that you need to know in a single short Free class like this one.

So, how would you like to work with me directly, Where I can actually help you register your business Domain name and customize the HTML codes in your website, transforming it into a beautiful template that is customer friendly.

But with all you have learnt, you can decide to go the hard way and do it yourself.

However it’s going to take you:
·       Many tries before you can figure it all out
·       Almost forever to learn HTML/CSS code editing in websites
·       You most likely don’t have any knowledge about template editing and customization
·       And lastly you don’t have the time to attend a Software Engineering school worth N600,000

Yes, you can go ahead and learn every one of these things on your own but the truth is, it’s going to take you 6-12 months to master HTML/CSS softwares. Ofcourse you don’t want to waste all that time learning.

You know why? Spent time can’t be gotten back.

But Hold On, There’s A Shortcut.

If you’re someone who is quick to taking action, you might be wondering how you can get started and implement all the tactics and strategies I just showed you quickly and easily.

So, what do you think actually I should charge for this? Do you think I should charge 200,000
Should I charge 100,000
75,000
what about 50,000
Now there are people who will gladly pay all these just to have access to the wealth of information and support I am giving you.

This is why I want to give it all out to you for just 25 thousand naira just for you reading this report right now because I want you to have access to this information

I hate to see people on Instagram and Facebook begging
It breaks my heart when I see those comments on social media
I want to make a different so the reason I'm doing for that price is so that a lot of people are able to gain access to this information.
But I must Warn You
I don’t work with lazy people
I just need people who are truly ready to turn their financial situation around This is only for those ready to put in the work
And that is why this offer is going to be valid just for the next 7 days
After seven days this offer will be gone. So you only have access to this in the next seven days. And after seven days I am taking the price back up to 50,000 which is the current fee
